Q.How much do your WebSites cost?

A.There are many factors involved in determining the cost of a WebSite. The best answer we can give to this question, without gathering information from you first, is that it depends on your budget. We can generally work within your budget. If you do not have a budget set for your WebSite, we will gather information from you and determine the price based on your needs. At ABC WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY, we want you to have the best solution for your WebSite needs.

Q.I’m in Kansas, but you are located in North Carolina. Can you develop my WebSite?

A.Yes. We develop WebSites throughout the United States.

Q.If we are in different locations from each other, how will we get information to and from each other?

A.First, we will e-mail you our Proposal for your WebSite. If you accept our proposal, then we will e-mail our Contract to you. Once we receive the Contract, signed by the appropriate person(s) and your initial deposit, just about everything else will be handled via e-mail, telephone and/or fax. We may also use the US Postal Services and/or a delivery service such as Fed Ex or UPS.

Q.Do you offer web hosting services?

A.ABC WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY does not offer web hosting itself, however, we offer web hosting services through our preferred web hosts. If you have a different web host that you would like to use, it should be no problem as long as the web host can provide the necessary support for your WebSite.

Q.Does your company offer translation into other languages?

A.Language translation is available.

Q.How long will it take for my WebSite to be completed?

A.It will depend on the Website solution chosen for your site. Generally, if all content, pictures, etc. and approvals are received by us in a timely manner, the maximum timeframe to have your site up and running is 4 weeks. If you need your Website up sooner, let us know and we will accommodate you as much as possible. However, the process may take longer if your Website calls for a large database.

Q.What do I need to provide you with for my WebSite?

A.You will need to provide us with all content and pictures unless you choose to hire us to provide these items. The basic items we will need right away are: brochures, logos, Company colors, marketing pieces, "About Us" content, pictures of business/products, a list and description of all products/services provided by your company and contact information. Other items that you may want to include:  Testimonials from your customers, Company "Mission Statement" and/or Company Philosophy, other pictures you want included on the site.

Q.How will I know what content to provide to you?

A.No need to worry! We will assist you in choosing the content for your site.

Q.What format should my content and pictures be in?

A.Content should be in Word or a similar format. Pictures should be in .jpeg, .gif , .psd, .png, tiff or eps format.

Q.I have a logo, but I don’t like it. Can you help me with this?

A.Yes. We either use your existing logo and improve it or design a new logo for you. Additional charges apply to logo work done by our company.

Q. I want to be able to update my own WebSite. Is this possible?

A.Yes, this is possible. However, if your site includes a database, E-Commerce or any other specialties, ABC WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY will need to make the updates to assure the continued proper operation of the WebSite.

Q.Can you help me market my WebSite?

A.Yes, we offer services such as flyer design, ad design (for newspapers, magazines, etc.), and stationery design (business cards, letterhead, postcards, etc.). These items are quite helpful in spreading the word about your business online AND offline! We also offer Website ranking services described next.

Q.Can your company put me in the Top 10 on the search engines?

A.A top ranking position on the search engines cannot be guaranteed by anyone. (If someone tells you otherwise, they are either misinformed or not being truthful with you.) However, ABC WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY will optimize your site with the appropriate meta tags and keywords. This is generally called the “organic method” of search engine optimization.
